Yes, we will guarantee an offer sight unseen as long as the information you provided is accurate. We’ll verify the condition of the vehicle via a virtual inspection, an in person inspection, or both.

We do our best to offer you a realistic “buy price” during the virtual inspection. However, if we find contradicting information during the in person inspection, or details which were not apparent during the virtual inspection, we will have to negotiate from the virtual offer.

• If your car is worth more than you owe (you have equity):

  We’ll pay off your loan balance directly with the lender and cut you a check for the difference.

  Example: We offer $20,000 for your car. You owe $18,500. We pay off the loan and give you $1,500.

• If you owe more than your car is worth (you have negative equity):

  You’ll need to cover the difference between what you owe and our offer before we can finalize the sale.

  Example: We offer $10,000 for your car. You owe $11,800. You’ll pay us $1,800, and we’ll pay off the $11,800 loan.

We accept credit cards for any negative equity payments, making the process smooth and secure.

The certified inspector will examine the exterior and interior of your vehicle. The inspector will take pictures and may take your vehicle out for a road test.

The inspection can be completed at our location, your home, office or wherever is convenient.
